as the art director at rand my focus has been on creating impactful and cohesive content to establish a compelling visual identity. i am dedicated to developing, evolving, and maintaining the brand identity of rand, shaping it through the design of diverse marketing materials such as banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and email newsletters. this extends to generating design assets for various platforms and devices, with a commitment to continuous optimization based on performance metrics and user feedback. my collaborative approach involves working closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure the successful execution of new projects and ideas. being a startup company means the brand aesthetic was always evolving and that gave me so much space to experiment with new ideas.
i have been an integral part of the marketing department, taking charge of creating and managing cross-platform graphic content for rand. my responsibilities include the development and planning of brand and marketing strategies, specifically focusing on the graphic and ux field. i ensure the seamless adaptation of content to all platforms, maintaining correct display across interfaces. additionally, i contribute to ideation, standardization, and the development of graphic style guides for the brand. as a lead front-end graphic designer for the investor's portal and dapps, as well as a front-end graphic designer and ux researcher for the website and the rand app, i play a key role in shaping the brand's digital presence. my contributions extend to providing email design assistance and creating graphic elements to enhance the overall user experience.
